One hour a week to attend or replay weekly calls. That's it. The idea of RISE is to support you to work ON your business, not to attend tonnes of training. We're your sounding board, your motivation and I'll mentor you to RISE to your success.

I'm really busy. Will this take loads of my time?
Absolutely not! This Mastermind is designed to be that extra level of support whilst you work on your business, not add more hours to your day.
Plus I'll teach you how to get more productive with the time you have, tweaking what you're already doing, helping you with your strategy and showing you how to step into your role of CEO in your business so you're earning more and growing more in the time you have.
How do I know if this Mastermind is right for me?
If you’ve got a big goal that involves growing your team, if you want to surround yourself with others who are driven, focused and on that same path, if you're ready to scale with my help (expert sales and recruiting strategies, on and offline marketing knowledge), then this is quite probably for you!
When are the calls and in person days? I want to make sure I can commit to attending them before I join.
The calls will all be arranged to suit the majority of the mastermind cohort before we start. This has worked really well in previous masterminds. So whether you work full time in regular employment or juggle kids and home-life, you don't need to worry. There'll be sessions each month that you can attend - and all sessions will be available to replay too.
Is this going to be loads more training and courses?
No. As a leader or potential leader in the industry, you have plenty of knowledge on what to do in your business already. This Mastermind will help you with tweaking what you're already doing, get you implementing and give you the opportunity to have me to work alongside you in your business.
Yes, you'll be given access to any trainings that are relevant to your growth or where you have gaps in your knowledge, but the actual Mastermind is much more about getting you to take the next steps towards your big goals and the support to do it.
I already have an upline or company that gives me training. Why would I need the Mastermind?
That's amazing if you have support from your company or upline. This Mastermind will compliment that beautifully.
As someone who's got over 2 decades of experience in the industry myself plus over 4 years of working with leaders and regional managers across many companies, I have a huge wealth of knowledge.
Looking at your business from the outside, from a neutral standpoint, I can see where the gaps are in your business, where you can make small changes for big impact and give you fresh, new ideas from outside your company or team bubble.

It starts on 1st October and runs until 31st March.
How long is the RISE Mastermind?
The RISE Mastermind is a 6 month programme starting 1st October. There is the option to extend for another 6 months or transfer to the Ignite Mastermind (for leaders of leaders) should you reach that position in your time with me.
Does the RISE Mastermind come with 1:1 support?
The standard RISE Mastermind doesn't come with 1:1 support. However, you can add on monthly 1:1s with me at a discounted rate when you purchase the package.
